In 1993, Nitin immigrated to Australia and quickly embraced the booming mobile phone industry. By 1995, Nitin had launched his first mobile phone business, growing it into a successful chain of seven stores before selling it in 1998.
Later that year, Nitin established a sales and marketing company, which Nitin sold to a publicly listed telecommunications company in 2000.
Nitin entrepreneurial journey continued in 2002 with a focus on exporting mobile phones from Australia to international markets, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Prague.
In 2010, Nitin shifted his focus to real estate, purchasing and renovating office space. By 2015, Nitin expanded into property development, successfully completing duplex projects and transitioning to single-family homes for rental purposes. To date, Nitin has completed over 80 projects, consistently refining strategies to maximize value and return on investment.
Nitin is deeply passionate about enhancing communities through thoughtful development and leveraging his expertise to support community housing providers in delivering much-needed housing solutions.

Mark is a planning and environment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in top-tier law firms and development consultancy.
Mark commenced his legal career working in one of Australia’s leading law firms advising developers on complex property development and environmental law issues. Mark specialises in contentious and complex developments and appeals in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
Mark combines his extensive legal background with practical experience conducting and managing residential, strata, commercial and subdivision projects over the last 20 years in Queensland, New South Wales and New Zealand.
Mark has a Bachelor of Law and Economics (University of Newcastle) and post graduate qualifications in planning and environment law (University of Sydney) and property law (NSW College of Law).

Timberlight is a rural subdivision project involving the creation of 27 large rural residential lots and a biodiversity stewardship site.
The Timberlight Development Subdivision Stage 1 of the project has been successfully completed. Stage 2 is nearing completion, with only a portion of Timberlight Road and drainage yet to be finished.
The Timberlight project is a successful joint venture between the landowner and Munger Path and an example of how joint ventures can successfully combine contributions from each interested party. The landowner is actively involved in the project, together with Munger Path as the project manager, overseeing the progress, critical decisions and work on-site.
Oaks Ridge is an example of a small rural subdivision that everyone said was impossible.
Where everyone, particularly Council, said it couldn’t be done, we found a way and by applying an innovative approach and a lot of persistence and grit, we managed to deliver a highly rewarding and beautiful small-lot rural subdivision.
Because of the unique nature of this site, subdivision through the creation of a neighbourhood scheme represents an immediate and optimal use of otherwise sterile land and was the most appropriate means of achieving a unique, high amenity estate offering for the local community.
